school scheme

when we launched tickets for 2024, we had a large amount of different schools and pta groups contacting us asking for donations to raffles and similar. while this is something which was previously supported, it's not something we can offer for every request.

fandangos are for the first time running the event this year and we take on the reins in a position where the event currently makes very little or no money, to make this event sustainable we need to bring it to a place where it is making money and financially viable.

with this in mind we have developed a scheme for schools / ptas which allows the school attendees (and their parents / guardians) a slightly discounted ticket price at the same time as raising money for the school!

if you would like to partner with us, we can offer your school:

a 5% discount on all ticket types for school attendees
we will gift the school / pta a further 5% for every purchase

your school will be issued with it's own discount code to use so we can direct your commission back to you. It's very simple.

a few examples:

a family (2 x adult and 2 x young people) ticket normally costing (at early bird price,) £46. they can purchase this ticket for £2.30 less plus we'll give a further £2.30 to you.

an adult ticket normally costing (at early bird price,) £20. They can purchase this ticket for £1.00 less plus we'll give a further £1.00 to you.

the event is a real highlight on the local calendar and provides a lovely family day out for all who avail themselves! this year is particularly special as is celebrates the 10th anniversary since the event was first held in our town. it’s also our first year for the fandangos team and we’re looking forward to making this the most colourful year yet!
